Chamber members, we are accepting Bingo squares until April 25th.
They fill up fast so don't wait, make sure you reserve yours today.
Business BINGO 2026 begins for the community on
Wednesday, May 27, 2025 and goes through Saturday, June 13, 2026!
This is a FREE event for Community Members to participate, sponsored by Chamber Business Members.
Business BINGO is a chamber event that creates opportunity for community members to get out and interact with our local businesses. Businesses participate by sponsoring a square on the BINGO cards.
Cards will be distributed to all elementary schools in May but the event does NOT begin until Wednesday, May 27, 2026.
Please do not visit businesses before May 27.
If you're child did not get a card from school, lost it OR
if they are homeschooled you can print the cards below. One card per child.
HOW TO PLAY:
Parents and kids visit participating businesses beginning Wednesday, May 27th, not sooner.
Visit each business according to the specified BINGO square to get each box marked off, completely fill in each card creating a Blackout.
There is a free space labeled, Springville-Mapleton Chamber of Commerce, you can get a sticker for this square at the Springville City Office!
We encourage adult supervision during this event. This event creates a great opportunity to get to know the businesses in our community and learn about the great services they provide. While at the business location take a moment to ask questions and learn a little more about these supportive community members.
Cards will be collected in the designated box at the Springville City Offices or during Art City Days at the Chamber Booth.
All CARDS MUST BE IN BY 3:30 PM on Saturday, June 13th to be eligible.
The drawing will be held the last day of Art City Days event, Saturday, June 13th at 4PM at the Chamber booth at the Springville Civic Center.
Prizes will not be saved. A representative for the family/child must be present during the prize drawing.
If you wish to participate, but know you will be unable to be present on June 13th at 4PM, please make arrangements ahead of time, write the name of who will be picking up for you on the back of the card. Once prizes are won there are NO exchanges and the Chamber is no longer responsible for the prize.
(This excludes larger prizes. Large prizes will only be given to those names drawn who are present.)
If the name of the person representing does not match the name written on the back of the card the prize will go to the next person.

BUSINESS MEMBERS SECTION
Registrations for the 2027 Business BINGO will open after June 13, 2026!
We are all excited for BINGO to begin on May 27th.
Businesses participate by sponsoring a square and/or donating a prize and being added to our prize sponsors advertising. Contact us at info@springvillemapletonchamber.org to make donation pickup arrangements.
There will be 4 different printed BINGO cards that will be distributed to the elementary schools in the Springville and Mapleton area.
$150 for all 4 cards, or $85 for 2 cards for CHAMBER MEMBERS.
If available on Wednesday, May 1st any unreserved spots will be open to
NON-MEMBER businesses; to participate contact info@springvillemapletonchamber.org or 801-491-7830
$195 for all 4 cards, or $100 for 2 cards for NON CHAMBER MEMBERS.
This event opens the door to participating community members and allows for a great marketing tool to educate visitors about the business while creating connections between business and community. Participating businesses can take this time to interact as much as they wish with the parents and families visiting their establishment.
Businesses please make sure to mark the box with your logo or the same marking for each card.
Businesses who don't wish to sponsor a square on the BINGO card can still advertise by donating prizes to be drawn.
If you are planning on sponsoring a prize please contact us in advance to add you to our prize sponsorships advertising.
The event goes through Art City Days; completed cards (blackout) can be dropped off at the city building during that week or on Saturday, June 8, 2024.
On June 13th all cards need to be handed in by 3:30PM at the Chamber booth.

This event is a fun way to learn more about the businesses and the area and the services they provide. Take this opportunity to learn more about each business you visit.
